As Operational Excellence and Standards Manager at Smart Solutions, Crystal is responsible for responsible for driving continuous improvement, performance optimisation, and quality assurance across our managed service sites. Her role is all about ensuring we deliver consistent, high-quality service that not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
She leads our Business Performance Team, who are focused on embedding operational brilliance through data-drive decision-making, the development of Standard Operating Procedures, and real-time performance reporting. The team works closely with clients and on-site team to ensure that service delivery is aligned with their evolving needs.
From onboarding new clients and streamlining operations to leading health and safety initiatives, the team adds measurable value by implementing sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and overall site performance.
By working closely with account managers, operational leads, and training teams, the team makes sure that quality and safety are never compromised, regardless of the scale or complexity of the service.
