We’re hiring a Onsite Recruitment Consultant to partner with top-tier Waste Management clients across South Wales. In this fast-paced, hybrid role, you’ll lead recruitment, compliance, performance and payroll for a flexible workforce. Expect site visits in Neath, Bridgend, Cardiff and Newport 3-4 days a week, building strong client relationships and driving operational success.
